Newly upgraded (2021), the condo has recently been painted including the trim. The living room features comfortable seating and new occasional chairs and end tables. The sofa folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper, allowing the condo to sleep 6. There is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the new ROKU 65” Smart TV. The addition of an area rug adds a comfortable feel to the living space. The large sliding glass doors feature new drapes that can be slid to the side to enjoy the beautiful view. The 5th floor balcony offers plenty of views of Okaloosa Island.

The kitchen features granite countertops with distressed wood finishes which offers plenty of space to cook a feast. Stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, range and microwave have recently been added to refresh the kitchen. The condo also has Keurig coffee maker in addition to a traditional coffee maker. New kitchen items have been added to make sure the kitchen is full stocked, and you don’t have to bring anything from home. Past the kitchen a new washer and dryer has been added so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry.

The dining area has room for everyone to sit and enjoy a meal. And new barstools have been added if you want to enjoy a drink and conversation with anyone in the kitchen.

The guest bedroom has had a TV upgrade and features a Queen sized bed.

The master bedroom has been given a refresher with new curtains and a new dresser. The room offers a King-sized bed and a 45” Smart TV.

Seacrest offers an indoor and outdoor pool. The complex is located on the beach and it is just a short walk from the elevator to the sandy white beach and emerald green waters.
