*Work is schedule for Seacrest starting on Sept 13th and will continue until May 21, 2022. They will be doing exterior painting, replacing doors and windows and any repair work they find during their time onsite. They will start with the end of the building and move forward based on the availability and delivery of their items needed for each stack of units. There will be time when the pool will be shut down as well. There will be some noise associated with the work and construction crews will be present during these dates.*
