Deposits - $200 deposit required at time of booking daily/weekly reservations, applied toward rent at check-in. $250 security deposit required for monthly reservations and held for 14 days after departure in case of remaining balance or unit charge.

Cancellations & Refunds - Reservations cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival will be charged $50.00 processing fee. Cancellations providing less than 14 days notice prior to arrival forfeit entire deposit. No refund due to late arrival, early departure or weather.

Reservations made 6 months or more in advance: CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel 90-days prior to arrival date, we refund deposit less $100 handling fee. Less than 90-days notice, total deposit is forfeited. Should your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in arranging a reservation at another time.
